1. Shipping Zones and Delivery Times
IMPORT SRLS ships smart home automation products throughout Europe. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone, package weight, and dimensions. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- Free shipping on orders over €500 within Italy (Zone 1)
- Free shipping on orders over €1,000 within the EU (Zone 2)
- For Zones 3 and 4, shipping costs are calculated individually based on order specifics
- Express delivery incurs an additional surcharge displayed at checkout
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
5. Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are made to the address specified during checkout
- For large or heavy items (gate motors, barrier systems), curbside delivery is standard
- Special delivery arrangements (inside delivery, specific time slots) may be available at additional cost
- Someone must be present to sign for the delivery
- If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be held at the nearest depot for collection
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
7. Customs and Import Duties (Non-EU Destinations)
For shipments to countries outside the European Union (Zone 3 and some Zone 4 destinations), additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable charges before placing your order.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the depot, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
